Gym's open - Humpday

I got to the gym yesterday, but all I did was sit in the hot tub for 25 minutes.  It felt sooooo good.  My arms and back were fatigued but not really too sore. 

However, yesterday afternoon was a good workout.  The seats have been installed in the Theatre and we had to sit in everyone of them to make sure there were installed properly.  So, 800 seats later and tons of stairs because we did the balcony, my calves are sore and my thighs are fatigued.

This morning with my trainer we were supposed to do legs, but I begged off because of what I did yesterday and we have to do the floor today.  He was nice about not doing legs, but killed my triceps!

What will you do today to move to lose?

well maybe to much info but after my surgery neil and i can have no fun for 5-6 weeks so
i told him a marthon is in session.lol
No we are going shopping for grocieries and im cleaning house from top to bottom so thats y exercise
hope the soreness goes away,maybe a massage to work those calf muscles

I took a brisk 30min walk this morning at 6am to wake up and workout - I included 6 flights of stairs (only up, my knees bug me on some of the older stairs on campus when I step down - mainly the steep stairs.) I am going to try to at least walk 30min per day because I am not very good with daily gym. I'd like to try wii fit now I think.

Also, I'm going to try a yoga booty ballet tape sometime this week at home.

I did 30 mins of book, bike and me time and then just to torture my self I threw in 20 mins of lat pull downs and chest presses..... I'm sure my lats and pecs will be complaining long and loud tomorrow.... LOL
