Gym's Open Friday!!! Yippee!!!

So glad it's friday!  I'm ready for the weekend.  The weather is warming up here (I haven't had the heater on all week) and it's getting to be convertible weather. 

tomorrow we are going to the Scenic Bluffs.  This is a city park that overlooks one of our bays.  There are a ton of stairs there and I remember the last time I went, I cried because I had to stop about 5-6 times just to get back up the stairs.  I know it will be a piece of cake tomorrow.

Today was legs with my trainer.  I was suprised that I did so well considering I don't work my legs much.  I got several REWARDS from Gene.  A reward is an increase in weight.  UGH, it burned, but it was a good burn.

What will you do to move to lose today?  Do tell...

I overslept this morning so I cut out my cardio and just did 30 mins of weight training..... I did my usual lat pull downs and chest presses and then I threw in some leg presses for good measure.  Since I hadn't done leg presses in a long time I'm sure my thighs will be killing me in the morning, LOL
