Busy morning, forgot breakfast and lunch and had to turn around half way to Mom's. Made me about 15 minutes late for work, but a girl needs her food!

Hope everyone has a great day and an even better weekend!

I actually made a meal plan and tracked my food today. I did this because I didn't want to work.

B - tangelo and zone perfect double dark chocolate bar (I really like these, really the only bar I still eat. They aren't sweet, just really chocolatey, which I like).

S - grande latte (2%)

L - 1 slice whole grain rye toasted with 1 slice swiss cheese and 1.5 servings shaved turkey breast (and mustard)

D - chicken tenderloin sauteed with a little olive oil and lemon juice, 1 tomato, 1/2 avocado

S - 16oz mootopia (half chocolate) I'm not sure if I'll dump but I think I'll be ok at 11g sugar - that amt doesn't usually bother me in solid form anyway

Calories - 1377
Protein - 117g
Carbs - 111g (18 from fiber)
Fat - 52g

I wish Daily Plate broke it down into saturated, unsaturated, and trans fats.

Have a good day!

With the beginning of the lenten season I am a bit worried about the not eating meat on Fridays rule.  I am ok today, but I have six weeks of this.  It is hard enough figuring out what I can eat that is not going to make me sick but is protein rich now I have to consider if it is beef/pork or chicken.  Argh!

B - banana and a handful of peanuts
L - tuna salad on a slice of toast w/ yogurt
S - ???
D - seafood/okra gumbo

some non meat ideas -

fish, eggs, Greek yogurt, edemame, cottage cheese, cheese

I could live on all of these no problem. Well, I'm not so crazy about eggs unless they are really Dr'd up!

Good luck!

It's not so much finding something but instead finding something worth my while.  Since I eat so little, I am always having to find someone to share with me.  And when I can't find someone, I feel wasteful because most seafood dishes are not good leftover or if they are good left over it is because they are filled with stuff that makes me dump.
