I am posting this since I am here. I am sad because once again not pregnant. C'est la vie I guess. Its not a bad thing really BUT I was hoping. Its a carby day today.

B - 1c fiber one shredded what, 8oz skim mootopia

S - 2/3 container lemon yogurt with 1/2c blueberries

L - sandwich on whole grain rye toast (1 serving shaved ham, 1 serving shaved turkey, 1 slice swiss cheese, 1tsp brown mustard)

D - grilled chicken tenderloin with avocado and tomato salad

S - grande 2% latte

Cal - 1320
Fat -39
Carbs - 139 (20 from fiber)
Protein - 99

It's been a beautiful weekend - 85 degrees and we're loving it!

Pre B - 1/2 SF NF BSC Latte
B - turkey and Fontina cheese roll-ups
S - nothing
L - 2 bites of a nasty hot dog, gave the dogs the rest. Turkey, Fontina cheese roll-up (don't usually eat the same thing twice but it was fast and easy and I was needing to run out the door.
S - banana, handful of peanuts
D - Japanese!!!  California roll, Beef, chicken, shrimp Teppan
S - 3 Eggface mini donuts (yummy!!)

B~ 1/3 of a restaurant feta omelet and 1/2 a slice of buttered rye toast (we went out, Fun!)

L~ Fat free cottage cheese...kind of alot, maybe 3/4 a cup-load.

S1~ 1/2 a can of Wegmans Minestrone

D~ Another 1/3 of my omelet leftovers 1/2  a slice of buttered reheated rye toast (Toast  DOES NOT  reheat well...lol)

S2~ Fresh strawberries and NSA mandarin oranges, mixed (I LOVE THIS!!!)




Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I  lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!
