I'm stuck...and Bummed!
Seriously What do I do???
I'm doing my protein....I'm eating.......I'm working out and I'm stuck! Inches are moving but scale isn't!! I'm about to give up......I'm almost 1 year post op....150lbs gone forever.............size 14 stuck in the 230's.........and it's driving me absolute nuts! I dont even weigh myselef anymore!!!!

Even if the scale isn't moving down, the fact that your inches are means you're still doing well. It's a well-stated truism that muscle weighs more than fat... and the fact that your tape measure is getting smaller means you are probably replacing one for the other.
Don't give up! Be glad that you're losing fat and NOT losing muscle! Keep going, and keep working. Stick to your plans, make sure you're following all your guidelines. Maybe take a break from stepping on the scale as often... instead of once a week, try once every 2-3 weeks, and see if that helps. Focus on the inches lost, and try to keep a good attitude and you will continue to succeed!
