Remember small incremental changes will make huge and lasting results. We don't need to win a race here just make slow and steady improvements in our lifestyle that we can live with.
Think of every change that you make as a lifestyle improvement and that if it doesn't work for you you can always tweek it to make it work. I have not once in the past year thought of myself as being on a diet and that has made so much difference to my progress.
Keep it up and you will get through LAX no problems!
