OT: Smoked halibut

I am trying to find a source for smoked halibut. It was something we could get locally when I was a teenager, but now I can't find anything but salmon. I've totally been craving it.

I rejoiced and bought some from Whole Foods when I saw they had it -- but it was sweet! (yecch).

The smoked halibut I'm remembering was salty. The outside was a reddish color, but the inside was white.

Does anyone know of a mail order/web place that carries something like this? Or a recipe?

(I know it probably has enough salt to kill a horse, but it's better than candy!)

 ive never had it but theres quite a few links on google... for recipes an to order it.. the ordering ones i read all said slightly sweet taste so i dont think they are what ur lookin for...  but im betting u could make it at home an it would be even better then u remmbered..
