I'm not skinny...but I am so on my way to being much less fat LOL

I know our minds play tricks on us...but for some reason when I looked in the mirror the other day...I actually saw the loss...I have been really excited ever since.

All I can say is this is just FANTABULOUS!!!!!

Our starting weight is about the same, but you must be shorter than me I think. (I am 6 feet tall) Does not matter,

I was in awe looking at all of your photos!!! Keep up the good work lady and may all of your dreams come true!!!! You are truly my inspiration because I never made it over the 300 lbs lost mark but I am going to do it and you just made me really believe it is possible. Thanks again for sharing!!

Thank you for those very kind words. I really appreciate it! Yes I'm 5'7 so shorter than you, was heavier at my starting weight than you so i guess all in all rounder than you lol

But it's ok now! We have a fabulous tool to use...we just have to keep working it. I know you can do it and I know i can keep doing it...we're on the right track. I never want to go back to the way I was. Life now is so much fuller and more fun, I can't imagine how I will feel a year from now. It just keeps getting better!
