Shelley, This is how I've had to do it, just add a minute or two each day! I've got pretty bad arthritis in my knees, so at first it was quite painful, but, losing 60 lbs has helped! Keep up the good work! Lori 384/323.5/170

Good for you! Move as much as you can for as long as you. It will get easier. Last year at this time, I couldn't walk to the mail without getting out of breath and now I'm walking at least 2 miles everyday and riding a bike about 1 mile a few times a week. I have a messed up back/knees but I know I have to keep my body moving. My husband and I have annual passes to Universal Studios here in Orlando. Last Sunday, we walked over 10 miles and it was 95 degrees! Last year when we went to Disney, I had to rent a scooter. I'm so darn proud of myself! LOL We are going to Universal again today. You are doing great. Keep up the good work Shelley. Sincerely, Dawn Post-Op 9/23/04 399/248/200 Pre-op BMI-69 Current BMI-45
