OMG SUPEROBESE!!!!!!!!!

WOW!!! Does that hurt....I was just starting to cope with being Morbidly Obese. When I had my psych eval, she apoligized 50 times before she said that she had to give me the diagnosis of "Morbidly Obese" and it was in no way a part of how she felt. She said she had to say this as a diagnosis or my insurance may deny me. And I cried all the way home, because all this time I thought I was 100lbs or more overweight. But I totally agree with you all, although I have 180lbs to lose and 3 years ago I was 318lbs and I never thought about surgery and even at 335lbs I was not thinking about surgery. BUT now, I am wanting surgery like yesterday. I am like you, we are called "Superobese", but why don't we feel so "SUPER. Nissah The F.AT Slayer 360/346/???/180 25 days 2 go..........woohoo

Good Morning Ladies, Thanks for all the replies. It does feel awesome to share with someone who will really understand all the things we go through. My 13 year old is a 00 in clothing try going shopping with her, people look at you like you don't belong. Crazy!!! I just am so motivated to get on with the process. I just want to be healthy, wake up without aches and pains coming down the stairs. That's another thing I come downstairs and don't go back up til it's time to go to bed.can anyone relate? I remember the first time I came to this site....I honestly believed that the only people that could have this surgery were those that weighed 6 and 700 pounds! How naive I was!!!! I remember asking someone if I could possibly be eligible, after all I only weighed 358! LOL!!! My goodness have I come a long way since then! I thank God I stumbled onto this site, and that someone was nice enough to send me several emails about surgery and even found the one surgical group in my town that does WLS. Whoa...now here I am, still above goal, but still doing pretty doggone good! I am very happy with my progress, and am still plugging away, not ready to close the weight loss window just yet, not at 245 pounds, maybe when I get to 199...lol
