HI my bmi started at 56, i was 5'3 317lbs ,i will be one year august 10th i am now 204lbs i never want to say i weigh over 200lbs again.

Jaqueline, Are you my long lost sister? My BMI is 56. I am 5'3" and weigh 317!! I can only hope that I do as well as you have. Way to go girlfriend!!
