I like this board. anyone know anything about bug bites??

Ok last week got bitten by what i think is a spider, on my breast of all places. Will it is nasty looking it turned all differnt shades of red and has a nasty open blister my skin is peeling off and it spread to my stomach but the skin on my breast that peels off is raw skin any idea how to heal it or what bitten me?

Sounds to me like you need to get it looked at by a doctor, especially if it's spreading and raw looking.

OUCH...... Sounds like you have a case of CELLULITIS....it is an inflammantion of the cells under your skin. I had this once before on my arm, right in the bend of the elbow and I remembered getting bit by a mosquito in that area. I did not go to the doctor about it cause I thought it was a simple mosqutio bite. But then I started having symptoms identical to yours and my arm stiffened up and I could not bend it, Then went to the ER, and he said that it was cellulitis and it is carried by mosquitos. So most likely what bit you was a mosquito and this is happening. Go to the doctors and get it checked out. Mine was going into the final satge where it could have caused tissue damage because the tissue had started to harden under that area of skin, but luckily, antibiotics for a month and ointment on the area for the redness and raw patch saved the day. I am not meaning to scare you, but with the symptoms that you discribed, it sounds like the same thing I had.
