I suffer from these 2 extremely bad. I take several medications for it which help some. I am worried about first coming out of surgery. Did you panic from the pain or not being able to breath? Basically, did you panic or have anxiety attacks since you've had the surgery? I know the surgery dont take these away of course, i was just curious. Thanks.
I've suffered from a few panic/anxiety attacks. I wouldn't say I have them extremely bad. I didn't have any problems with them after surgery. I did have some anxiety right before going into surgery (I cried and got a little worked up), but I think most people do feel like that before major surgery.
Anyway, I hope it all works out well for you!
Julie
Honestly,
the only panic/anxiety attack I had was how scared I was that I wasn't going to get the surgery. I had worried my whitebloodcell count up - and was positive I was going to have a horrible cold and get my surgery rescheduled. . .PS - it wasn't, I was fine, and xanax works.
Since surgery - I channel my anxiety into cleaning, writing, work and yes eating - I have been learning how to bake SF delights because part of the program I am choosing to work is one of Sugar Free living and baking has always been a stress reliever for me.
Big hugs,
