3 days post op

hi everyone, I am three days post op. Everything went well with the surgery, the hospital was great, except for one rude nurse. The only problem now is gas pain, but last night i had my first bm, so feeling better, on that note. Now just sleepy, and waiting for this stufff to be over, so i get back to my own self. Thank you everone. I think the best thing that helped me was that my surgeon put me on a protein shake diet for three weeks before I actually lost 25 pounds before surgery. So right now i am not in the sage to say yes I would do it over again, but I know I will soon get there. This was my first surgery I ever had, except for when I deliverd my daughter, so I didn't know what to expect. So good luck to all you pre-ops. I will keep you in my prayers. Alicia
