Thanks Jodie. I will have to try this cereal. I tried the Go Lean, but it is too hard. Even if you let it soak. I do keep a food journal. I eat 4 x a day, but really 2-3 x is protein shakes. And today I am up another 3 lbs. I drink about 70-75 oz of water per day. My calories are only about 500/day. I was feeling better and now this. I did try to add some snacks yesterday, but seems the more I try the more I gain. I am going to keep trying the suggestions. I am not vomitting or having trouble using the restroom, nor am I sick, so I know it is not a stricture or anything. And see my doctor is not much help, cuz he disagrees w/ everyone. He thinks I should have less calories, and do all shakes if necessary, but that wasn't working either. To gain another 3 lbs, has me really confused. I am going to try to increase my water. It is so hard w/ the rules of the pouch. Thanks a lot.
