Yes, yes, yes Increase in hormones circulating... primarily because estrogen is stored in fat cells... therefore as we dump fat cells... out comes all that estrogen.... can result in increased fertility as well as severe mood swings and even depression for some. I had problems with my periods being so heavy after surgery... I am now on the patch ... unfortunately nto because I am having wild abadoned sex, but in attempt to keep me from bleeding so heavily and getting progressively anemic .... Good luck B
