2 and 1/2 weeks to go

Well, It is now just a little while longer before I have my life changing surgery. I am very content in my decision and not too nervous yet. This friday I will be having my final pre-op testing done. It seems as if evrything is setling in and now,becoming a reality for me. OMG I am really going to do this.. You guys just kep me in your prayers and thoughts as I am making my way into this new journey. Kwheen

Hi Kwheen, You'll do great! I wasn't too nervous until it was actually time to wheel me to the operating room, and shortly after that, I was out! It's only natural to be nervous, but you are embarking on a wonderful journey that will most assuredly change your life for the better... that's how I feel about my surgery anyway. We all go through a little worry prior to surgery but the end result is one we've all waited a life time for at least that is how I feel.
