I had my 3 month appt. today

Hi Everyone, I had my 3 month follow-up appt. with my surgeon today (actually it's been 14 weeks). I have lost 54.8 pounds since surgery and 87.8 including required pre-op weight loss. He was very happy with my progress and also said if I hadn't lost the 33 pounds before surgery, I would probably still be right about where I am now because I would have weighed more and may have lost more weight a little quicker than I have. But I have no complaints - it all evens out the way I see it. I still have a ways to go, but I feel so much better physically and about myself. It's great to finally feel positive about losing the weight because I know I stand a very good chance of keeping it off this time. I'm not worried about packing up my "fat clothes" and getting rid of them because I know that I won't need them again - it's all within my control. Tanja 333 (heaviest)/300 (weight at surgery)/245.2 (current weight)/168 (my personal goal... for now) - 5' 4"
