NERVOUS NELLIE HERE!!!
Today I go to my PCP for the first time to let her know Im going for WLS.
And I am so worried that she may not back me up with the letter business. I am going prepared though. Have journals that I have kept for years of hundreds of pounds going off and going back on and I have a small photo album that I have kept for years of 
pictures of myself thru the years getting bigger and bigger. So I am going to tell her just what I want and what I need 
. And I have come to the conclusion that if she doesn't back me up, I will simply tell her she is 
and move on to another doctor lol. Will update ya'll after I get back. Have to be there at 10:45 and here it is nine and Im sitting here on the

margret i was just writing to wish you good luck as you start your journey
....you are definately the captain of your ship and you most definately have to take charge....i have learned this whole experience is really about taking control of our own lives....be it food, men, money....whatever... may be causing us to not live our lives to the fullest....so if the doc don't tell you what you want to hear you know what to do
