Wow!! That was a powerful message you posted, Danielle. And like everyone else here on this board, I can totally relate to all of that. One thing I want to add, since I have become immobile, I have been using the electric shopping carts in stores. I am hear to tell you,some of the older shoppers can get really mean and demand that I give up the cart for them to ride. I used to do just that,because I was raised as to respect my elders and be nice. It has only been in the last few months(since I have not been able to drive any and my outings to the store or Walmart are my only times out) that I stand up for my "right to ride" and just tune them out.
