thanks Dorthe, It was the worst. I am just hoping that I like this new doctor. I have to have the surgery by the end of the year. Our deductable on our insurance is met already and I only have fifty dollars left to pay out of pocket and then the insurance will pay 100%. I had knee surgery in January so all the deductable was met then.

Hi Amy, Welcome to the board. Just remember that you can always take a loan out against your home if you must. I am having to pay 100% of my surgery out of pocket. So I understand the frustration - I just decided that my health is far more important then the money. You decide what is best for you and we will all be cheering you on!!! Monica F.
