QUESTION

MY SURGEON HAS ALREADY TOLD ME TO START PROTEIN SHAKES I HAVE TO WAIT 6 MONTHS B4 SURGERY DUE TO INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS ANYHOOOOO HE TOLD ME TO DO UNJURY AS A MEAL EVERY DAY THEY HAVE STRAWBERRY SORBET CHOC VANILLA UNFLAVORED HAVE U TRIED ANY OF THESE AND WHICH IS BEST THANKS FOR INPUT LOVE CANDY

Candy- I wanted to reply to your question about Protein shakes. I to am on the 6 month diet and have been directed to drink protein shakes. As I am a chocolate lover I thought I would try to Unjury Chocolate...I can honestly tell you I LOVE IT. I put one scoop of the choc unjury in my magic bullet with 6 ounces of non fat milk and some ice and whammo i have an instant chocolate shake. I have also learned that trying to starve yourself wont take the weight off but eating a good high protein breakfast high protein lunch with a salad and a protein shake for dinner coupled with vigourous exercize 3 times a week has made it come off faster and I dont have to starve myself. My kids even love the unjury chocolate. It does not work to well mixed in hot drinks does something to the mix. Good luck... and the 6 months flys buy. Pam
