I just wanted to let you guys know that she did the letter for me

.I do not know what happened. All I know is that Sara her medical sssistant called me and faxed a copy of my letter. So, I just have to wait for my confirmation call from the surgeons office the day before the surgery. Thankx for your kind words. I'm trying my best to stay focused on this journey. Kwheen
