How are you moving on Friday?
Ok, I realize that I posted my first post on Wednesday evening, and here I am posting again on a Thursday evening. I guess I'll have to try and post first thing in the morning, so, let's pretend it's Friday already.
Thursday evening I did my usual Curves workout. I've been feeling a little tired this past week. Not sure why. I had to drag myself to Curves, but did feel better after I finished. Not as good as I usually feel, but at least a little bit more energized. Oh, I did manage to go to Target today and walk the entire store.
What's your plan to get moving on Friday?

Hi All,
Well, I've been laid up for the past couple of days with a bad cold, feeling extremely guilty for not moving!! I was determined to do something today to try and make up for lost time. Let's see... while my laundry and bedding were washing at the laundromat (sp?) across the street, I came home and mowed the lawn. After I put the stuff in the dryer, I went for a 30 minute walk. Then I folded my laundry, put it away, and made up my bed. Now, I am taking a little break before I take the trash out, clean the litter boxes (ewww!), vacuum, and get in another 30 minutes of walking. We'll see after that if I have time and energy for anything else! So, I guess I'd better get busy again!
