Hi Jamie!! I have the book "Before & After" by Susan Maria Leach.. I seen her on OH and thought it was great. I love that she includes tons of recipes in the back. A lot of it reads like profiles on here and then she gets into some other stuff and talks about being a post op too.. I liked it. And I LOVE getting books from Amazon too!!
