You are in for the ride of your life. Today is my 4 month anniversary and I can't believe it. I feel great. I don't feel like such a slug or a hot air balloon. I'm still big, but I just feel different. I was getting cleaned up today and looked down at my stomach (s) and upper thighs and I just can't believe how my body is shrinking. This is wonderful!!!! When I can walk on my foot in 2 wks I'm gonna buy a real pair of jeans with zippers and all!!!! **As I scream to Willby** NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS I FEEL TODAY!!!!! I'm not starting a liquid diet (yet) but I am with you Willby. Since moving to Hawaii I've had to give up A LOT of my favorite things: Chic-fil-a, Golden Corral, KRISPY KREME, SWEET TEA,Carey Hilliards did I mention CHIC FIL A- I love that damn place:!)!...if you don't like Oriental food, LOTS of rice with everything even for breakfast, TONS OF spam again an all day treat here then Hawaii is not the place to be. On the up side I've grown to like Sushi! It's really pretty tasty. I'm thinking when my time comes it might work out for me really well living here, I've given up the things I love most already. Well...don't let me fool ya, I still make sweet tea here at home. Wait til all those fella's start whistlin' atchya and you can shop in ANY store you want..I tell myself I'll just have to plan my days around spending time with my family, shopping and MORE shopping!!..hehe. It'll be a switch from planning my day around what i'm gonna eat and when! Hang in there Willby its worth it!!:I)

hey diamond! ooooooooooooo i'm so glad to have someone who has my same date i always wanted a twin i'm supposed to do that liquid diet for 6 weeks! (thats not going to happen) but I'm aiming for a month. Please keep in touch............i'm a little scared. how about you? willby

I'm a little scared too, but I've been wanting this for so long. I am only going to think good thoughts. My doctor haven't said anything about a liquid diet. I wonder if I would have to do one also. We will have to keep each other updated. ~~Diamond~~
