WOW-moment today

I played Racquetball with two of my boys today. The boys are 15 and 13 years old. I won. It felt good. I tried to play a couple of years ago and could not do it it. I was just too big. The boys have never known me except as obese. 195 lbs lost really makes a difference. I got up early and rode my bicycle 20 miles before church. I had a nice day.

Hi John, Condradulations on your big WOW moment!! Isn't it amazing how this surgery has totally changed your life? My son had his wls in Feb. 2004. He always was the big kid...he too knew no other life and he was so limited in what he could do. Now that he has lost almost all the weight..he runs up and down the stairs by taking 3 steps at a time. Something that he only dreamed of doing as a kid and teen. You rode your bike 20 miles????before church?????? I've GOT to get that surgery! Virginia
