Curves workout
Well gals I survived my first Curvews workout!
My legs and butt are sore but oh well I guess that is to be expected. I was only able to do one round which consisted of 15 minutes not including before and after stretch time. I got a full work out and kept my heart rate up good! The only thing I didn't like was how red my face got, but I didn't feel as if everyone was staring me down either because of it. I would highly recommend this to anyone the time goes so fast you don't know you did anything till your butt hurts LOL Well have a great day!

I have been going to the gym for about 4 weeks now to do strength training 3 days a week. I started out with a walking program that I got up to 50 minutes a day. So, I'm 7 days a week working out, the weight loss has sped up. I'm feeling great. I do get aches and pains in my knee from time to time, but, it is so worth the high I get from knowing I'm really doing all I can for me!
