What are you doing to move on a Tuesday?

Good morning Gang! It's a Tuesday, what are you doing to move today? I'm off to workout at Curves again today. For those that do workout at Curves, this is my only back to back workout day (they recommend a day of rest in between). When I workout on Tuesdays, I only workout at half strength (smaller moves on the machines, not the full extentions), and really concentrate on aerobic activity on the recovery boards. I find that if I forget and go full speed, my body hurts the next day. Have a great day! Mercy

im dancing in my cube at work to barry manilow cd i got yesterday... hey quit throwing things....barry is cool. then im headed to the YMCA just like most every day. we walk a mile then either swim or weight room i like the pool but hot guys lift weights....tough decision diane in mn
