What are you doing to move on a Tuesday?
Good morning Gang!
It's a Tuesday, what are you doing to move today?
I'm off to workout at Curves again today. For those that do workout at Curves, this is my only back to back workout day (they recommend a day of rest in between). When I workout on Tuesdays, I only workout at half strength (smaller moves on the machines, not the full extentions), and really concentrate on aerobic activity on the recovery boards. I find that if I forget and go full speed, my body hurts the next day.
