Are there any Canadians out there?

Hello everyone: I was just wondering if there was anyone out there who was from Ontario who had approval from OHIP for surgery in the states. I an trying to figure out if I will be responsible for any out of pocket expenses other than travel and accomodation. If anyone has any experience I would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks Sally
