Let's get moving on Thursday

I met my neighbors at 5:30 am this morning and we went to the gym and did a 1 hour work out. We do this strength training 3 days a week and walking, treadmill or something aerobic, 4 days a week. We had to build up to this, but, we are loving it (not the getting up part, but, the getting done part!)

Today I am four weeks post-abdominoplasty and I'm back to my pre-op cardio routine. I'm still at least two weeks away from doing ab crunches and at least four weeks away from weighlifting.
10 minutes ellipitcal glider
30 minutes step aerobics
20 minutes hand pedaler
20 minutes recumbent stationary bike

First of all, can you say dork!!! Today is Wednesday right? Grrrrr, I just wi**** was Thursday, because that would mean tomorrow is Friday. Ok, I better stop now that I know what day it is.
You guys are awesome about getting moving. Every little bit counts, even if it is just a little bit.
