Hello Gang! It's Friday? What do you have planned to move your body? Today is an off workout day for me, so I guess I'll have to put on some music later on and dance! I have a special music folder set up on my computer just for dancing, full of upbeat songs. Have a great Friday everyone. Mercy

Tonight will be filled with lots of walking for me. First of all we are taking the boys to the local canival for the octoberfest, then off to walmart for some birthday party and grocery shopping, then off to my husbands office to clean the place since this weekend is his in the rotation. I walked 2 miles this morning, in less than an hour. Yay me! Seriously though, this has been the best thing in the world for me. I have more stamina and more self esteem. I've lost 40 lbs and my bmi has gone from 67.5 to 62. God is good!

That's great! Don't forget though, yes, God is good, but God helps those who help themselves. Don't forget to give yourself credit for taking control of your life again and having surgery, and, moving to build your stamina and help with your weight loss. Mercy
