I walk every single day - 30 minutes a day. No exceptions, no excuses.
I follow pouch rules with very minimal exceptions.
I am careful about monitoring my calories to ensure that I'm not misbehaving.
I never touch refined sugar.
Otherwise - I do what everyone else does. I dropped 45 as a pre-op - then lost the rest within the first 9 months. That I lost this much was beyond my reckoning and understanding.
Do your best every day - and this success is all yours.
Anything is possible, if try hard enough and you're truly ready for the change.
