Chill out, get some and you will be just fine. I will pray for your speedy recovery and bright tomorrow.

Cassy, Try to keep thinking about what life will be like if you don't do the surgery. It is worth the risk. My BMI was 57 when I did this. I had a lap RNY and not one complication. I've lost 90 lbs now and feel so much better. Woohoo! You'll be there too. Just be sure to do exactly what your surgeon tells you! Lori 384/294/170

hi cassy: congrats on getting to this point in your journey. it may seem like it would be better to back down, but really, honestly and truly, you've come way too far to do that now. you'll be so happy with yourself once it's over and done with. and so proud, too. you're in the best of hands, cassy, and you've got scads of people cheering for you, praying for you, and wishing you only the best. please take care of yourself and try to relax. you've done your research and preparation, now please try to calm down and know you're doing what's right for you. lots of hugs dorthe

Hey Cassy, the ICU is neat they take real good care of you in there. Think of the surgery as the start of a great adventure. Good luck, just worry about things which you can change. You have no control over the surgery. So just sit back and enjoy. For me it was not as bad as I thought it would be. John
