DO YOU BELIEVE IN OMENS?

OKAY IM BEGINNING TO THINK GOD IS SENDING ME OMENS, LIKE MY SURGEON CALLS ANDS SAYS THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY MEDICARE, I DONT HAVE IT. GET THAT STARIGHTED OUT. I HAVE PRE-OPS THIS MORNING AND I CALLED MEDICAL TRANSPORT TO TAKE ME TO BECAUSE MY CAR IS ACTING UP AND NOBODY SHOWED UP ITS 6:40 AND IM WAITING FOR THEM OPEN TO CALL THEM TO COME GET ME SO I HAVE TO SIT HER HUNGRY AND THIRSTY WAITING TO SEE WHY THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. I THINK GOD IS TRYING TO TELL ME NOT TO HAVE THE SURGERY WHAT ABOUT YOU?

Marlena, By the time you are reading this I hope you are back from your pre-op and everything went well. Maybe God is trying to tell you that anything worth having is worth fighting for! You can do this!!!!!!

Marlena TRUST me I know where your coming from. I posted a rant just yesterday about having to redo the whole process but it turned out great in the end. I am really bad about letting things worry me and sometimes needlessly. I was so angry yesterday having to rush out to the doctors and tell my story all over again but she was so great and she actually KNEW about gastric bypass. Being military we often end up with whoever is in that day and most of the time (or in my experience) they have no idea how to handle a person my size and it was very refreshing to talk to someone who understood me and my needs AND who is favor of surgery!! The silver linning I guess you'd say.... Just hang in there Marlena we'll get through this and we'll be SOOOOO happy we stuck it out. Jamie

Hi Marlena, I hope all is well with he pre-ops and everything worked itself out. As far as your question goes... yes I think God gives us signs everyday to help us make the right decisions and to choose the right pathes. I think there is also a dark force that tries to make it hard for us to carry out God's plan. I don't know which one is making it difficult for you today, but I hope that with prayer and strength you are able to find your answers. With that said, if you truly believe that this is what God wants for you... then God will help to give you the strength and the will to see it through no matter what obstacles you may encounter. Ok Marlena, dont start that doubting business!!! You hang in there. It will get better for sure. I dont know about you but I have problems like that even when im NOT having WLS lol. It isnt to hard to try to make it into something else all together though when you are so stressed out about tests, dr crap, eatting right and UUGGHH!!! just life. Hugs Margaret

OKAY LADIES, I HAD TO RESCHUDULE THE PRE-OPS FOR TODAY (6TH) WISH ME BETTER LUCK TODAY!!!!! I DID MANAGE TO GET TO LOUISVILLE LAST NIGHT FOR A PRE-ADMISSIONS CLASS SO HEY HALF THEY DAY WENT AS PLANNED LOL IT ACTUALLY WORKED OUT BETTER BECAUSE I WAS GOING TO HAVE A LONG WAIT FOR MY PRE-OP TESTING TO THE PRE-ADMISSIONS CLASS. SO THANKS FOR ALL THE POSITIVE WORDS YOU LADIES ARE WONDERFUL!
