hi kendra: i brought along a couple magazines and a chapstick, i was in for four days and not walking much with my broken leg so i had lots of reading time. but diane's right - sip, sip, sip - walk - sleep. you'll be a LOSER in no time. i'll be thinking of you and praying for you. hugs dorthe

Kendra, The chapstick is a must! You really get dried out in there and can only take little sips. Otherwise a robe and slippers is all you need. I had a book too, but, didn't read that much, slept alot between my walks, which I did hourly. Really helped my recovery! Good luck! Lori 384/293/170
