Hi Everyone, I know that this is not something that we all like to discuss. But since my brother passed away on July 4th this year. And I will be having WLS. A little while ago I began to think about getting a will before I have my surgery. Well as time flies by I still have not done anything about it because I am paying for my surgery out of my own pocket. And I simply cannot afford a lawyer. So for anyone who is interested... A friend of mine sent me this website where she set up her estate planning online. So here is the website http://www.legacywriter.com/Home.html I plan on doing mine this weekend. Its a good deal for $34.95 you get the complete estate plan. Whi*****ludes the following: - A Last Will and Testament. - A Power of Attorney. - A Living Will. - A Medical Power of Attorney (not included in KY, MD, NJ, OR, or VA). Hope that this helps! I say "go for it." I spent well over $200 setting mine up and this attorney gave me a "deal." Lori 384/293/170
