clothes exchange??:idea:

Does anyone know of a site where wls patients exchange clothes? I am in desperate need of clothes and don't really want to buy new ones because I know I will be having surgery soon (hopefully). I have clothes in my closet I've only worn once or that still have tags (bought them when I lost some weight and NEVER got a chance to wear them because I gained it right back plus more!) that I can't fit into and I was thinking if someone had clothes they could no longer fit into we could swap. I know there have to be sites somewhere where wls patients do this...?? Here in Hawaii there are NO stores for larger sizes, I was lucky enough to find a few things from Lane Bryant at Ross..but that's it. I've been ordering from the Avenue but once it gets here and looks like Crapola I hate to have to ship it back therefore I hang onto it. I have two pair of jeans I bought last year from them and I must have misunderstood because they are HUGE bell bottoms. At least that's what I call them. I'm too short to pull them off I think. I've been wearing capris lately which is something I never thought I'd wear but hey when its hot you make adjustments.. Well if anyone knows ANYONE wanting to get rid of some of their old clothes I'd be glad to take them...I'll pay for shipping or whatever they want for them...I just need clothes... Jamie

Jamie, what size clothes do you need? what kind of clothes are you looking for? I have some that are 26/28 and a couple 30/32 that I cant wear anymore.. Im quickly shrinking out of my clothes and Id be happy to send them to someone who could use them. I had planned to post them on this board in a couple months to see if anyone needed them.. Just let me know what your looking for and I might be able to help you out. Amber

THANK YOU Amber, I'm not too fussy about my clothes just as long as they fit I'm good. I can wear 26/28 and some of my shirts are 30/32. Tee shirts, dressy shirts, shorts, pants anything. Just let me know how much you want for them. Thanks again, Jamie
