****FRIDAY ROLL CALL*****
YEAH Friday!! WOOO HOOO I get to sleep in tomorrow 
I am also starting my low sugar diet tomorrow. I'm going to try and lose at least 30 lbs before my surgery. Dr. Balfour said it looks really good and it helps during the surgery...soooo....here I go. There's a book out, I saw it somewhere, recipes with Splenda. My mom is a Splenda junkie and the dietician said that was a great alternative to sugar. OH SURGAR how I'll miss you... I may mourn for my sugar and junkfood today. OH well, like everyone says NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS BEING THIN (and Healthy) FEELS!!!! 
I am crossing my fingers that I get my new referral today. I could literally strangle those people at that darn insurance company...
ALL they had to do was send me a new referral because my old one expired. See I have a real smart insurance company..instead of watiting until we get an appt. they give us a referral that is good for about 4 months (knowing the wait time for an appt. it usually 6 months) and then you have to keep getting new ones...what a pain the A@@!! My surgeon's coordinator can't understand why they do this its very frustrating for her and the patients.
Okay enough of that..I'll just cross my fingers and my toes that it comes today!!
