pre-ops done and waiting!

I passed all my pre-ops apparently im in excellent health great lungs, excellent heart functions and my blood is good so i really feel better about the surgery now! i have 12days and i can't wait to start losing weight and get the ability to move back lol well just wanted to let you all know because i haven't been online for a few days i will post a joke tonight to so enjoy take care marlena

Oh wow! My surgery date is the same as yours! Is is REALLY only 12 days? Ack!!! Nervous here too! *huuugs* ~Nonna

Marlena, Does your doc have you doing a pre-op diet? If not, I suggest a high protein low carb one. It will help you get ready! Lori 384/288.5/170 P.S. Oh and you need to be off caffeine completely! I had a headache for 5 days when I did that. Get that over with before surgery!
