Hi Nonna, That is an easy question. a SMO stands for Super Morbidly Obese. That is what we all are on this BMI over 50 board. Is is our endearing name we call each other. Only a SMO wont take offense by another SMO. We also nicknamed ourselves SMO'ers. and heffers. Its all in fun and with love. Welcome out of your lucker mode and join in as often as you want.
