Wow moment!

When my husband bought his midsize truck last October we had to buy a seatbelt extender for me. I also finally gave in and had him load up a foot stool to help climb in it because I am so short. It was a humiliating chore to pull my heavy self into the truck being so short and big. I rarely ride in it. Tonight on the way to the dealership to see about trading it in on a Honda Accord Hybrid, we loaded up the step stool and off we went. I had always hoped once there was less of me to pull into the truck I wouldn't need it anymore. I tossed the set belt extender in the back. I had tons of room to spare! When we left the dealership, I hopped in the truck with ease without the stool. When we got home I told my husband I didn't even remember getting in the truck when we left the restaurant! Loris that is so great!!!!! I understand the feeling totally because we have one vehicle, a full size chevy silverado. I am 5'3 and have a time getting up into it. Thank goodness for the bars to grab hold on to. If I don't drive, I can't even get the seatbelt around my belly. One of these days though, I won't have that problem no more.
