Hey Sam,
Welcome to the board. We call ourselves SMO's or SMORES because we are more "super sized" than some of the light-weights out there who only have a hundred or fewer pounds to lose. Nothing against the lighter versions....except I'm a little jealous. We just have a little different mind-set and have a whole other set of issues to deal with right??? If it starts to look like you have logged-on to a "girl's club" hang in there anyway..but you might want to put your hands over your ears...or in other words...cover those eyes, when one of us has PMS etc. We are quite a JOY in that department. That being said...pull up a chair 
and sit down and relax
