Christina, My name is Connie I had my surgery done in Lubbock texas my Dr was excellent my bmi started at 62 and my dr had no concern on that all he ask was that the week before my surgery I eat as light as possible and eat as much protein as I could get down! That was almost 12 weeks ago and I feel like a new woman I am down 57lbs and counting! The best part is I know it is 57lbs that I am not gonna gain back! I hope this helps! Connie
