Falling off the Wagon and Getting Back On

Has anyone had experience with falling off the eating right/exercising bandwagon and been able to force yourself to get back on? I got very discouraged after I was 2 years post op. I got so sick and tired of hearing my doctors, nutritionist, etc tell me I was doing all the right things and just had a slow metabolism. I went for a solid two years following every eating, vitamin, and exercise guideline. I never had bread, potatoes, rice, pasta, or chocolate which is amazing given I could have lived off them before surgery. I am having a very hard time getting back into the habit of exercising daily and eating correctly. I hate that I have gained 15lbs. I seem unable to find the motivation. I can't afford to go to a therapist right now. I am open to any other ideas. I'd love to hear from other super obese who have made it to goal or at least close. [email protected] Good luck to you on your journey, Ann in TX 423/300/185
