Hi Pam, Welcome to the over 50 BMI group. This is a fairly new community, I think it started this summer. When I found out about it on the Arizona board, I posted an intro of myself..not realizing till later that I actually was posting on the "over 50 (age group)" Everybody was so sweet even though I made such a silly mistake. They welcomed me back anytime...I figure I'll wait a few more years before I "graduate over" I know you didn't read my profile because it is sooooo blank. Gotta get started...gotta get motivated..with that and everything else too right?? Hugs Virginia
