I got on the scale this morning and it read 198.4.lbs I feel very lucky and happy. I was thinking about posting some pictures and was looking at some old photo's, boy what a difference losing 200 lbs makes. Looking at the old pictures from a little over a year ago brought back memories of how bad I felt weighing 400 lbs and how hard it was to move at that weight. Hopefully I have learned my lesson and will not fall back into my old habits and gain the weight back. I have not felt this good in 25 years. I hope everybody on this board can reach their goals.

Way to go John! Thank you for posting. I have hope now! I have a question for you. Did your weight come off steadily or did you seem to loose it all at one time? I had surgery 6 months ago and I have lost 78ish pounds so far but........... I can still wear my same clothes, they are a little big but they still fit. Was there one point where you woke up and really notice a difference? I feel inspired reading posts like yours, again, thank you for sharing. Brenda

Brenda, my weight seemed to come off pretty steady I would lose 2 or 3 pounds and then stay the same for 4 or 5 days and then lose a couple of more. If I exercised a lot then I would lose more. No exercise and I would not lose that much. I have been careful with my diet.
