Wilby came home Long recovery!

Hi, Just to let you all know that Wilby (my mom) came home today from the hospital. She was very excited to get home but she still isn`t feeling too good. She has a long recovery process ahead of her and the whole family. Did everyone else come home saying they wish they wouldnt of had it done after second day post op? Can you give us some support.

hi willby's daughter: yes, i was in the hospital for four days, two days longer than expected. when i got home i swore i had made the worst mistake of my life. it took about a week for me to feel better enough to say i was glad i had had the surgery done. please wish her well for me. she's just got to remember to sip, sip, sip, rest, walk, sip, sip, sip, rest, walk... this too shall pass. my prayers and best wishes are winging their way towards you. hugs dorthe

Did she go open or lap? I went open and I was saying that until I was about 3 months post op. Tell her it does get better.... honest. Sam 464/384/225

Please Willbys Daughter, Tell her she needs to give herself a little time. If she had any surgery she would need time to feel better. In a week she will be so happy. Tell her to think positive and every day gets better. Please tell her granny says hi and I am thinking of her. Love, Soos

Dear Willby's Daughter, Yes, a lot of people feel the way she does. I promise she will feel better soon. Two days from any surgery is still real soon. The more she sips and the more she moves around the better she will feel. I wish you all the very best. Loris

We love our Wilby, I'm glad she is home and tell her she is perfectly NORMAL to wish she hadn't rearagned her guts! All will be better soon! Love Amanda
