Re-approval for Surgery

Well I got some wonderful news yesterday late afternoon!! My surgery re-approval has been pushed through and it is approved!!!! My surgery is now set as a definate go on November 9!!! Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers as I am starting to get really nervous and anxious about this. Have a wonderful day! Take care, Anita

Oh Anita, I am so happy you got approved...and by the way...so very SOON! You had been on my mind..and I had been wondering how the process was going for you. The approval and the definate surgery date are half the "battle" already. I truly understand the nervous/anxious part of this thing they call weight Loss Surgery. Part of me wonders..How...am I gonna go through with this..even though I "claim" to want this for myself more than anything! Your feelings are really normal...well, let's hope so..maybe we are BOTH Congrads and have a great day! Virginia

woohoo. that's gonna come up so quickly, anita. congrats on the new date. i'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers but it really, really helps to give it to God. you've done all that you can. i'm speaking for myself, as well, the best you can do is realize that it's no longer up to you, it's your surgeon and your God. after the surgery, the healing process will be on you again. in the meantime, a case of nerves and anxiety is truly normal. please join me, anita, i've got surgery on the 7th (hysterectomy) and i'm trying to remain calm and be optimistic. hugs dorthe
