It's been a While !!!

Hey, Everyone..........It has been a while since I have posted. I am doing great. I have lost a total of 75 lbs. in just 2 1/2 months. I walk without getting out of breath, I exercise on my bike every day.........I feel great. Of course, I have had all the issues with WLS, dumping, etc., but I would do it again in a second. I just wanted everyone to know that I am thinking about them and hoping all who have surgery scheduled this month that all goes well. I cannot say enough about WLS and what is has given me....A New Lease on Life.........I work hard at doing what my doctor wants and hopefully, i will hit the century mark before Christmas. At least that is my goal. Life is great and I am loving it...Before WLS it was a drudgy that I had to live with on a daily basis. God Bless All.....the losing side will always be a winner for me. Sherri, It is a new world........Do what your doctor says and follow the program. The end result is great. WLS seems to be a long time coming, but after it is done, the end result is the most gratifing thing you will ever do. Good Luck and God Bless. Michelle

hi michelle. thanks so much for sharing your positive thoughts and attitude with us all. i forget, sometimes, just how far i've come, as well. posts such as your's tend to remind me to count my blessings , not my plateaus.
